Rental of one Utilities Plant as described below, including, operation and maintenance 24/24, 365 days / year.
Installation and operation of a steam generation system, including:
Activated carbon filter for boiler feedwater system;
Piping, valves, fittings, gaskets, bolts, brackets and materials for building and installation of steam, condensate, and compressed air supply lines up to the limit of the boiler house;
Materials for thermal insulation of steam and condensate lines;
Installation of one Aalborg boiler 6.5 t/h, saturated steam and its belongings, condensate tank, expansion tank, steam, condensate, feed water, compressed air lines, painting and insulating;
Specialized operators for operation of the boiler 24/24 hours;
Supply of chemicals needed to the boiler water treatment.
Installation and operation of the compressed air system, including:
Two compressors Ingersoll Rand Model SSR lubricated screw UP6 30-125c with electro pneumatic control panel, key star triangle starter, control and relief of capacity, air-cooled motor with ODP (IP23) 440V – 3F – 60 Hz;
Treatment plant compressed air HBR 125 model with post filter, analog control panel, and air-cooled freon R22, 220V – 1F – 60 Hz;
Compressed air reservoir model RV 2000 volume 2.0 m³, 7.0 bar, pressure gauge, electronic timer vent and safety valve;
Piping, valves, fittings, gaskets, bolts, brackets and profiles to consumables for manufacture and assembly of the compressed air line to the edge of the boiler house;
Skilled operators for operating the system every day, 24 hours;
